Official reservation must have a Booking order either electronically mailed or given in person by Balinghai's authorized personnel. Each booking order has a unique transaction number which the customer must take note of for a hassle-free Balinghai booking experience.

• Walk-in
  - Booking order will be given by the resort's authorized personnel upon transaction at the resort's information area


• Online
  - Reservation must be made through booking online at Balinghai's official website at www.balinghai.com. Online reservation not made at the said address is considered a reservation via third party.
  - A full payment via Paypal and a 4.2% service fee per transaction is required.
  - Booking order will be sent to your email address 24 business hours after booking.


• Via third party
  - Balinghai cannot guarantee online bookings made through third party travel agents. For a list of trusted travel agents of Balinghai, kindly contact the following numbers: +(63) 288-3646 / +(63) 288-6028.

Cancellation Procedures
- An option date is awarded for early booking. For those who booked greater than 25 days before their arrival date, 10 days after the booking is the option date for finalization. For those who booked 25-17 days before their arrival date, option date will be the day after their booking date. For those who booked 16days before their arrival date, option date is the day of booking. For those who booked 15 days before their arrival date, no option date shall be awarded. No cancellation charge shall be given to those who cancelled their booking within their option date. Cancellation after the option date is subject to a 15% cancellation charge.

- Bookings should be confirmed 15 days before the arrival date. All bookings cancelled within 15 days before the arrival date are subject to the following cancellation fees:

          Cancellation within 5-15 days before the arrival date
               -subject to 25% cancellation charge
          Cancellation within 2-5 days before the arrival date
               -subject to 75% cancellation charge
          Cancellation within 0-1 day before the arrival date
               -subject to 100% cancellation charge

- Payments are forfeited for customers who did not show on their booked date and for those who stayed shorter than what was booked.

Rebooking Procedures
Rebooking must be done in person or by telephone call and is subject to a 15% rebooking charge.

Discounts
- The following are awarded to long-staying customers:
          5% discount to those who booked more than 6 nights consecutively.
          10% discount to those who booked more than 13 nights consecutively.
          15% discount to those who booked more than 20 nights consecutively.
          20% discount to those who booked more than 27 nights consecutively.
- Booking must be made in a single transaction.
- No discounts shall be awarded to third party bookings.
- Discounts and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Room Capacity
-Hill house and Hut house and Bat house can accommodate up to 2 adults with a possibility of an extra bed for a child.
-Rock House can accommodate up to 3 adults with a possibility of an extra bed for a child.
-Garden House and Tree House can accommodate up to 5 adults with a possibility of extra beds for 2 children.

Only those who are under 10 years of age are considered children.

Other Provisions
- Important guest information such as age allergies, food should be given in order for us to give extra attention.
- Should the customer wish to transfer to another resort, It should be agreed among the parties concerned (Balinghai, travel agents and the guest). Should dates fall on holidays or non-working days, the management or reservation officer will make appropriate action and discretion. Should the room rate higher than Balinghai Beach Resort, the travel agent shall haggle the cost. Refund arrangements shall be made through the travel agent.
